Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Gather My Supplies
I start by collecting all my equipment: my Bullet Journal, colorful pens and markers, sticky notes, printable templates, my digital app, a ruler, fun stickers, color coding supplies, my wellness journal, and a habit tracker. Setting everything up on my desk gives me a burst of excitement!
Step 2: Decide on My Tracking Goals
I sit down with my wellness journal and think about what aspects of my wellness I want to track. This could be my mood, exercise, hydration, or sleep. I jot these down in a list so I have a clear focus for my charts.
Step 3: Design My Daily Chart Layout
