Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Gather My Equipment
First, I collect all my wellness equipment: my Wellness Journal, Planner, Fitness Tracker, Water Bottle, Yoga Mat, Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Mindfulness App Subscription, Diffuser and Essential Oils, Healthy Cookbooks, Fitness Apps, Sleep Mask, and Ear Plugs. This helps me visualize what tools I have to work with.
Step 2: Set Up My Wellness Journal
I open my Wellness Journal and dedicate the first few pages to my monthly wellness log. I create sections for goals, daily logs, reflections, and a monthly overview.
Step 3: Define My Wellness Goals
In my planner, I write down my wellness goals for the month. I think about physical fitness, mental health, and nutrition. I want these goals to be specific, measurable, and attainable.
Step 4: Create a Monthly Overview
I use my planner to create a monthly overview. I block out time for workout sessions, meal prep, mindfulness practices, and self-care activities. This visualization will help me stay on track.
